Frictionless ("Frictionless", "we", "us") is a New Zealand-based AI growth partner. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

When you submit our booking form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business website, company size, annual turnover range, and your stated goal (growing the business, or saving time). We may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL through Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics.

We use this information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• Tailor an initial scope and pricing recommendation.
• Improve the website and our service offerings.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing to third parties.

Form submissions are forwarded to a third-party automation tool that we use to manage incoming enquiries. Site analytics are processed by Google (Tag Manager) and Vercel (Analytics). These providers may store data outside New Zealand. We only share what is necessary for them to provide the service.

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the site or submit the booking form.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, or to ask us to delete information you have provided, contact us at kip@frictionless.co.nz. We will respond within 20 working days.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law (typically seven years for tax records). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure; you provide information at your own risk.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
